Therefore, from the perspective of emission reduction, energy saving and cost reduction, we must first consider non-dynamic dust removal and direct spray dust removal, and only consider the third choice when we have to: ventilation dust removal. Because as long as the selection of ventilation dust removal, there must be a high energy consumption fan and dust collector, energy saving and cost reduction is more difficult. When the ventilation dust removal system is used, the electric dust removal with low energy consumption should be considered first, and the cloth bag dust collector should be considered finally. Of course, some electrostatic precipitator efficiency instability is also a practical problem that must be solved.
